A career dedicated to person-centered care

Over more than 30 years of practice, Daniele Kallas has stood out for her continuous development and her pursuit of an approach that integrates body, mind, and behavior. She led the design and execution of coaching and social-emotional training programs at Grupo RD, reaching more than 4,000 people. She has developed leaders in mental health and socio-emotional intelligence at Hospital Sírio-Libanês, Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, and Natura.

Since 2010 she has worked as a health and wellness coach for private and corporate clients, including Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz, and Hospital Samaritano. In Portugal, she designed and implemented a patient-centered health coaching approach at B-life clinic, in Cascais.

She is the founder of Escola Amaruna (formerly Escola Coach de Saúde), accredited by the NBC-HWC, which has trained more than 200 health and wellness coaches across Brazil and Portugal.

Journey and training

  1. Early training

    Teaching degree (Licenciatura Plena) in Physical Education from USP, master's degree in Health Science from UNIFESP, and postgraduate studies in Exercise Physiology and Cardiovascular Rehabilitation.

  2. 2010

    Certified in Health and Wellness Coaching by Wellcoaches School of Coaches, and began working as a health and wellness coach for private and corporate clients, including Einstein, Oswaldo Cruz, and Samaritano.

  3. 2016

    Alumni of the Capra Course, The Systems View of Life.

  4. 2017

    Trained in Theory U, with Otto Scharmer, at Base Colaborativa.

  5. 2018

    Certified as a supervisor by the Coaching Supervision Academy, in London.

  6. 2020

    Earned the international NBC-HWC certification, becoming one of 3 coaches in Brazil to hold the title.

  7. 2024

    Earned NBHWC accreditation for Escola Amaruna's health and wellness coaching training program, the only one in Latin America.

  8. Escola Amaruna

    Founded Escola Amaruna, approved by the NBC-HWC, training more than 200 health coaches across Brazil and Portugal.

  9. Today

    Director at Escola Amaruna, coordinating all learning processes across its professional training programs. Teaches postgraduate programs at the Instituto Israelita de Ensino (Hospital Einstein) and the Executive MBA at Esalq-USP. Supervises training cohorts and professionals looking to expand and refine their practice. Health and wellness coach for individuals and leaders navigating moments of change.
